Chain Pier 3 Years Old 2019

Distilled at the now-closed Edinburgh Distillery called Chain Pier, which was an experimental distillery that was distilling whisky for only 1 year between 2018-2019. This was the first single malt to be produced in the City of Edinburgh in almost 100 years. Only 37 casks of whisky were produced during its short tenure of production, with this particular whisky being bottled from a Shiraz Red Wine Cask after 3 years of maturation, and bottled exclusively for Milroy's of Soho. These were all bottled at cask strength 57.8%, yielding a total of 290 bottles.
