About this bottle
Though Trinidad's Caroni distillery has been silent since it closed in 2002, some of its rums have made their way into the hands of enthusiasts thanks to indie bottlers like That Boutique-y Rum Company. This one is a 23-year-old expression, and it's pretty bloomin' delicious indeed. What's more, you don't have to go sneaking around an abandoned distillery to try it. Bonus.
