Matured in the tropical climate of the island, building intensity and concentration under the sun, it has then been refined in Europe in Spanish Brandy and Sherry casks.
This release from 1999 vintage has a perfect balance between sugarcane sweetness and the darker hints of liquorice, coffee and herbs.
