This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled at Cambus distillery, aged 27 years and bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Batch 10.
That Boutique-y Whisky Company was founded to bring forgotten drams from some of the World's Best distilleries to the Whisky-craving masses. Often taken from minuscule parcels of forgotten stock / lost casks.
Their limited edition labels are hand-illustrated and designed with a nod towards whimsicality often incorporating Whisky industry 'in-jokes'
Cambus
Cambus can trace its roots back to 1806 when it started life as a malt distillery, before switching to grain production in the 1850s. The location of the distillery would become vital as being situated near Alloa, it was in the heart of Scotland and accessible by road, train or boat. A grain whisky of high reputation, single casks are well worth tracking down, but for Cambus its reputation was never going to be enough when corporations began to centralise their grain distilleries. Closing its doors in 1993, the production aspect of the distillery was demolished and instead, Diageo invested millions in transforming the site into its warehousing and cooperage complex that continues to this day.

How can I bid on the auctions?

We believe in giving our customers a fair amount of time to increase their bid should they wish. Last second sniping isn’t in the spirit of our auctions and by using this system there is no benefit to doing so.
