Bowmore 33 Years Old

Bowmore 33 Year Old is a limited-edition release from the prestigious Timeless Series, created from a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. The maturation included Matusalem sherry-seasoned European oak butts alongside second-fill European oak Oloroso sherry butts, creating a complex and richly matured expression. Originally launched as a Travel Retail exclusive, the release was limited to just 3,000 bottles worldwide. The release was created in collaboration with acclaimed pianist, singer and composer Hania Rani, whose visit to Islay and experience of Bowmore inspired her composition ‘The Boat’. Incorporating sounds recorded from the island's natural surroundings, the piece was created to complement the character and sensory experience of the whisky. A highly collectable Bowmore combining a 33-year age statement, limited 3,000-bottle release and distinctive Hania Rani collaboration.
