Bowmore 32 Years Old

Bowmore No Corners to Hide is the first release in the Frank Quitely Series, created in collaboration with acclaimed Scottish graphic artist Frank Quitely. This exceptional 32 Year Old single malt takes its inspiration from a local Bowmore legend dating to 1837, when the devil is said to have visited the town's round parish church, which famously has no corners in which to hide. According to the tale, the congregation chased the devil from the church and into Bowmore Distillery. The whisky was matured for 30 years in American oak hogsheads, followed by a further two years in Essencia barriques, produced from rare 'Rose Oak' dating back to the 1830s. Limited to just 666 individually numbered bottles, the whisky is presented in a distinctive briefcase-style presentation case accompanied by a limited-edition No Corners to Hide print signed by Frank Quitely. A striking and highly collectable release combining exceptionally aged Bowmore, Islay folklore and the distinctive artwork of Frank Quitely.
