The highly sought after Bivrost Nidavellir is the second whisky in the “nine worlds of Norse mythology” series. Single Malt Whisky is handcrafted under the glow of the Northern Lights, at the foot of the majestic Lyngen Alps, at 69 °N. Made from Nordic barley, fermented with glacial meltwater from the Lyngen Alps, and distilled in our hi-tech still. Matured in Bourbon and ex-Islay casks. One of only 2496 bottles available worldwide. Bivrost® Single Malt Whisky is handcrafted at Aorora Spirits distillery, the world’s northernmost distillery in the Arctic of Norway, at 69°N. The malt is made from Nordic barley, distilled in hi-tech stills and diluted with glacial meltwater. This is a fusion of modern distilling technology and tradition. It is allowed to mature in an old, underground NATO storage, as well as a modern Viking longhouse. The temperature variations are vast, with an average, yearly temperature of only 0,6°C.
