About this bottle

The Spirit of the Underground Series celebrates one of the great engineering projects of the past 200 years. A subterranean labyrinth steeped in history that empowers the true lifeblood of London - its people. This single cask release has been matured in an ex-Bourbon cask (No.409) and celebrates South Kensington station. South Kensington station serves as the District and Piccadilly lines. Originally opened in 1868, the station features both sub-surface platforms and deep-level platforms, which were completed in 1906. The area features a number of free museums, including the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Victoria and Albert Museum. It is also home to the Royal Albert Hall. Kensington Palace and Gardens, as well as an abundance of luxury car dealerships, art houses and boutique cafes.
