From single-farm, floor-malted barley and the use of mineral-rich London water, through to meticulously sourced peat and the extensive use of hand-charred casks – the Four Elements Collection presents a showcase of Bimber’s whisky artistry and rigorous attention to detail.”
The final release in the collection is Water, which has come from a single ex-Bourbon cask #518 with only 271 bottles at 52.1% ABV.

This London based distillery was founded in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. Gaining local, then national popularity and in 2020, a series of single cask releases specific to various countries abroad. Starting out with a small 2 still set-up, Bimber has recently expanded to meet demand. Additional wooden washbacks were installed in 2019 as well. At the heart of its success is an attention to detail; using malted floor barley and production methods to enhance the flavour of the new make spirit. An intensive cask programme ensures that Bimber works well in a variety of wooden vessels from a young age. Demand means that releases from the distillery are in short supply, with even a small batch range selling out. We can expect more Bimber in 2021 including a new series based on stations within the London Underground network.
