Bimber Spirit of the Underground

This exceptional Bimber London single malt, single cask whisky release was fully matured in an ex-bourbon cask and celebrates South Kensington station. Cask No.409 was bottled in November 2025 and produced only 262 individually numbered bottles, at a cask strength of 58.7%. The Spirit of the Underground Series celebrates one of the great engineering projects of the past 200 years. A subterranean labyrinth steeped in history that empowers the true lifeblood of London - its people. South Kensington station opened in 1868 as part of the Metropolitan Railway’s extension from Paddington to Gloucester Road. On the same day, the District line began operating services between South Kensington and Westminster. Today, the station serves the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines, providing convenient access to numerous cultural landmarks, including the Natural History Museum.
