Bimber Single Malt London Whisky

This exclusive bottling is the first single malt whisky made at London based Bimber Distillery. It is a special marriage of whiskies that have been matured in first-fill ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks since 2016. Their Master Distiller selected five exceptional casks: #6, #19, #31, #37 and #38 which had previously been utilised in a Jerez solera for several decades. One of 1000 numbered bottles. Non-chill filtered and natural colour.
