A set of 3 single cask bottlings from independent bottlers Ardent Spirits Whisky Company. These guys specialise in limited edition, single cask, cask strength releases. Ben Nevis 10 years old - This Ben Nevis 10-year-old is matured in a refill ex-bourbon hogshead, from a single cask and at cask strength, it is the perfect showcase of the iconic Ben Nevis spirit. Richness with subtle sweet and savoury notes throughout, this is Ben Nevis in its purest form. Limited to only 308 bottles. Caol Ila 9 years old - The infamous heavily peated style of Caol Ila finished in a Jamaican style, Scottish Rum octave is very new to the category. The two Scottish made spirits create a cacophony of complimenting and contrasting flavours. Sweet smoke is complimented by savoury, nutty and meaty notes from the rum creating a true one-of-a-kind whisky. Natural colour, cask strength and non-chill filtered, limited to only 88 bottles.   Royal Brackla 7 years old -  This gentle highland spirit has been finished in an oloroso sherry cask, which adds all of the cinnamon and nutmeg warmth whilst not overpowering the easy drinking nature of Brackla. With water it becomes very sweet and has hints of pecan pie, caramel popcorn, no indication on the nose or palate that the spirit is young, a lovely balanced whisky. Natural colour, cask strength and non-chill filtered, limited to only 295 bottles.
