Named in honour of the year Kentucky joined the United States. 1792 Full Proof Bourbon is made of a marriage of a few select, barrels carefully chosen by the Master Distiller. Bourbon

Bourbon is a distinctly American whiskey, traditionally made primarily from corn (at least 51%) and aged in new charred oak barrels. Known for its rich, sweet, and full-bodied flavour, it often carries notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice. By law, bourbon must be produced in the United States, though it is most famously associated with Kentucky, its historic heartland.
