About this bottle
Naarangi is the first of its kind from Amrut distillers in India. "Naarangi" when translated from Hindi means "Orange". It is the only single malt whisky ever produced in the world to have expressions of orange, which brings forth a new level of experimentation to the malt world.
Single malt whisky finished in orange sherry cask. Amrut procured oloroso sherry from Spain and then infused the sherry with fresh orange peels for over two years. The sherry was then emptied and filled with Amrut single malt for a further maturation.
