About this bottle
Produced at the Eigashima distillery, this distillery is primarily focuses on producing Sake and Shochu but produces whisky one month per year. This expression was laid down to mature in a combination of bourbon & sherry casks for 3 years. The spirit was then vatted together and matured for 3 years in a red wine cask before being bottled at a strength of 61%.
