The Aberfeldy 19-Year-Old Manager’s Dram is a distinguished Highland single malt, matured in sherry casks and bottled at natural cask strength. Specially selected for the malt distillery managers within United Distillers, this limited edition exemplifies the honeyed richness and refined depth for which Aberfeldy is celebrated. Distilled in the early 1970s and bottled on October 20, 1991, it reveals a harmonious balance of sweet and spicy notes. The nose opens with aromas of heather honey, dried fruits, and warm oak, leading to a palate of rich sherry sweetness, soft malt, and hints of spice and orange peel. The finish is long, smooth, and gently warming, leaving impressions of toffee and polished wood.
