Rothes Sports Development Charity Auction

We're excited to partner with Rothes Sports Development Group this month to raise money for a great cause. The charity was formed in 2025 to enchance local health, welfare and sporting opportunities in and around Rothes, Moray.

Rothes deserves great facilities. With your help, our special charity auction will raise funds for local sports and social projects in and around Rothes, Moray. Rothes - is proper 'whisky country'. Home to Glen Spey, Glenrothes, Glen Grant and Speyburn distillery.

All proceeds from bottle sales will be donated directly to the charity, helping current projects, including turning the old bowling green into a multi-use games area and upgrading the football pitch with astroturf. Open, safe, and inclusive for all generations—your support will help bring this community dream to life.

Distillery & Local Support

The auction includes some incredible lots which have been generously donated by distilleries across the region, as well as local residents keen to support the project. Highlights include an entire casks from Caley Casks, and even a fill-your-own PX Hogshead at Ballindalloch.

Win a £6,000 Lecacy Experience at The Macallan

In addition to the auction, you can also win a private visit to The Macallan Estate for up to six people, the chance to sample rare expressions and have behind-the-scenes access and insights to The Macallan's spiritual home in Speyside.

This is The Macallan's permanent dining concept in collaboration with three-Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca, blending gastronomic excellence with whisky craftsmanship. This curated gastronomic experience features locally sourced dishes, each expertly paired with The Macallan whisky, fine wines or Valdespino sherry.
