Ron Zacapa Centenario XO

Zacapa XO is produced in small handcrafted batches and represents the ultimate expression of the unique "Sisema Soiera" aging and blending, which takes place in the cool air of the Guatemalan highlands, 2300 meters above sea level. This process involves the hand selection of rums aged between 6 and 25 years that are blended as they age in sequence of barrels that previously stored robust American whiskeys, delicate sherries, fine Pedro Ximenez wines and finished in French oak casks which previously aged Cognac.
