Highland Park 30 Years Old 1973 - Single Sherry Cask No.11207

A 1973 vintage whisky from one of Soctland most Northermost distliieries. The new make spirit was filled into a second fill cask (No.11207) on the 19th of October 1973 under the supervision of Jim Lochhead, Distillery Manager at the time.

On the 22nd of March 2004 the whisky was finally selected and bottled by Edington Group, parent company to Highland Park.
