Highland Park Scottish Ballet 50

Inspired by the passion of Scottish Ballet and the drama of their exciting repertoire, Highland Park's Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion, has created a whisky with a lively flavour profile and a rich and intense character. Bottled at 40% ABV, SCOTTISH BALLET 50 bears all the hallmarks of a classic Highland Park and features sweet notes of caramelised pineapple, golden syrup and Madeira cake which dance joyfully on the palate, accompanied by spicy hints of aniseed and toasted oak, and orchestrated on a wave of light aromatic peat smoke.

Highland Park have released 5,000 bottles of SCOTTISH BALLET 50 and they made a donation to Scottish Ballet for every bottle sold at retail to support the delivery of their extensive outreach programme, engaging diverse communities across Scotland, from Kirkwall to Kilmarnock and beyond.
