Lochside 1972 - 2017 The Last Drop

Part of The Last Drop Distillers extraordinary finds comes this 1972 Vintage from silent distillery Lochside. Lochside distillery opened its doors in 1957 and for a time was one of the most beloved Highland grain distilleries. sadly, like many others, it was forced to close its doors some 35 years later. Good news, the owners left behind a few barrels of their 1972 dram - one of the most promising single grains of the decade. The enterprising Last Drop spirit hunters unearthed this exceptional single cask in late 2015.

Bottled 2017, one of only 106 bottles available worldwide which also comes with a miniature bottling housed in a luxurious presentation box.
