Springbank 1979 Single Cask - La Reserve's

La Réserve was a wine merchant based in London. Opened in the 80's by Mark Reynier and Simon Coughlin - it had a brief run and had five London based stores. In 1996, the partnership teamed up with Gordon Wright, owner of Springbank to found Murray McDavid. The La Reserve brand was an exclusive series for their wine shops soon after.

This particular whisky is a single refill sherry wood cask matured whisky, distilled 9/7/1979. Bottled at natural cask strength by J.A. Mitchell ltd.
