Glenfiddich 1976 Private Vintage - Queen Mary 2

An exquisite limited edition bottling from Glenfiddich, distilled in a single oak cask in 1976 and lay undisturbed to let the full character of this malt emerge where it was then selected by Glenfiddich's malt master and bottled exclusively for the luxury cruise liner The Queen Mary 2.

Queen Mary 2 was designed by a team of Naval architects led by Stephen Payne, and was constructed in France by Chantiers de L'Atlantique in 2003. At the time of her construction, Queen Mar 2 was the longest passenger ship ever built, and with her gross tonnage of 148,528 also the largest. She no longer hold the distinction after newer fleets on the waters however she remains the largest ocean liner ever built.

All bottles are individually numbered.
