Sheep Dip 1990 - Old Hebridean

This Old Hebridean Sheep Dip is full of smoke and peat from Islay but tempered by the rich sweet overtones of aged highland malts. Most importantly and unusually, it has been allowed to marry in first-fill oaks for over a decade before bottling. This fabulous vintage malt whisky is a classic example of what can be achieved through the careful distilling, maturing, selection, and vatting of the highest quality malt whiskies.
