Chichibu 2012 - 2017 Peated Single Cask No. 2088

Ichiro Akuto's Chichibu Distillery only started distilling in 2008 but has already created some of the World's most awarded whisky in its relatively short life. 

This single cask of peated spirit was distilled at Chichibu in 2012 and was aged in a second-fill bourbon barrel. It was hand selected by The Whisky Exchange for its rich and full texture, flavours of barbeque smoke and plum sauce, and its lingering finish.
