The office is now open to customers, but this is on an appointment-only basis. Appointments can be made either by telephoning the office or by email. The aim here is to limit customers in the office to one at a time.
April Auction COVID-19 Information
Our April auction will operate, as usual, however, we anticipate a small delay before all orders are shipped out to customers. Please expect a delay of 7 - 10 days before your order is shipped to you.
Collecting from our Dunfermline store will be suspended until further notice. We will, of course, store your bottles for free during this period, and we can also send items to you by courier.

IN-STORE PICKUPS SUSPENDED
In light of the recent news surrounding the spread of Coronavirus, we're making some changes to the way we work to prioritise the health of our staff.
From the end of today (Thursday 19th March), picking up whisky from our Dunfermline store will be suspended until further notice. We will, of course, store your bottles for free during this period, and we can also send items to you by courier.
For customers looking to sell bottles, we'd like to minimise anybody visiting the office, so we would prefer to arrange a courier collection of your bottles. We're offering free courier collections in the UK (min. £500 value) and Europe (min. £1,000 value).
It's important to note that we plan to operate as normal in spite of the in-store pickup suspension. Our April 10th - 19th auction will continue as normal.
