The Macallan's Whisky Maker Polly Logan in collaboration with the Roca brothers, owners of El Celler de Can Roca, twice named Best Restaurant in the World, explore the art, creativity, and dynamic culture of the city and found inspiration for their whisky-making and gastronomic creations.
