Jubilaeums meaning Jubilee was created in honour of Isidor Henius, the creator of Aalborg Taffel Akvavit. Made from the distillate of dill and coriander seeds, rounded with the extract id American White Oak. The perfect accompaniment to a medium spicy, fish or pork meal.
