Glenfarclas 58 Years Old 1953 - Wealth Solutions Single Cask No.1674

This is a simply fantastic example of a cask strength Whisky from Glenfarclas. Bottled at a heady 58 years of age on the 13th of February 2012 for Wealth Solutions

The whisky has received numerous positive reviews and has been noteworthy because at this age the tendency is for the wood to overpower the flavour of the whisky. This is not the case with this incredible Glenfarclas, and from every source, we found it seems to receive glowing feedback. One we'd really love to try here at JW.

Bottled at natural cask strength and without colour or chill filtration.

The spirit itself was first distilled on the 20th November 1953 and it was aged in a First Fill Sherry Butt until finally being bottled some 58 years later.

Originally presented to clients of Wealth Solutions, a respected alternative investment firm based in Poland.

This Lot comes complete with book written by Ian Buxton, and includes tasting notes from Charles MacLean.
